Care, at UGC Hospice, is taken very seriously & is delivered by a team of professionals who address the patient’s needs on medical, physical, emotional and spiritual levels. We believe that providing quality care and value added services to each patient are our single most important responsibility. We are Joint commission accredited to provide the highest quality care.
We have put together a team of compassionate & experienced professionals to take care of our patients, who have had a number of unfortunate, physical & emotional, losses. These losses can make them feel lonely, sad, anxious, dejected & even angry. One of our challenges is to help them deal with these feelings and help them become more comfortable in their lives.
Our team consists of the patient’s attending physician, UGC Hospice medical director, registered nurse, home health aide, social worker, chaplain and trained volunteers.
Our services can be provided in the patients’ home or even in our hospice care center. Our range of services includes, but are not restricted to
- Hospice education
- Assistance for placement of patients
- Bereavement Support
- Emotional and social support
- Home Aide Assistance
- Therapeutic Touch and Spiritual Care
- Grief Support
- Pain Management
- Physician Service
- Pet Therapy

UGC Hospice is a gift from God to all!! They are the most caring and wonderful people I have ever met! There is no greater service in the world than to comfort and care for the your family member at the end of life on earth!
I appreciate the care my mother received at your place. I was glad when she couldn’t stop speaking about the nurse helping her and being polite to her always. I would remain grateful to you for making her last days so peaceful.
Words cannot express the beautiful experience we had with our family. I will forever be grateful for your service. In a time when we could have felt out of sorts and scared, you provided us the opportunity to feel comfort and strength. Most importantly, my family member was tended to by angels on your staff, and left this world the way he lived his life
I gratefully thank UGC Hospice for their ability to care and support the patients in their Hospice, and to our dad. We are thankful for the ministry to our family and you are loved and appreciated
