About Ultimate Great Care Hospice

Established more than thirteen years ago, we are a hospice agency specializing in taking care of terminally ill patients in the comfort of their homes.

As most of our clients have exhausted all medical treatment options available, our team offers a range of medical services at our patients’ homes, on-call 24/7, ensuring they do not have to go back and forth to the hospital.

Our core team of medical professionals have a combined eighty-five years of experience, are well trained to manage pain and other symptoms, and have a gold seal accreditation with the Joint Commission.

Having been in this industry for as long as we have, we understand the changing needs of the population we serve. The COVID-19 pandemic has also taught us to be more technologically forward, moving from paperwork and wet signatures to online consents and document deliveries.

We are known for same-day admissions, and we respond to crisis calls very promptly. But, one aspect that makes us second to none is we are very fortunate to have an in-house on-call team, so when the patients and families call in the middle of the night, they get to talk to somebody who knows them rather than a call center.

What sets us apart from our competitors is that we treat our employees with respect. This shows in the fact that most of our core team members have been with us for over five years.

One of our most significant achievements has been our superior customer service and complete patient satisfaction. That said, we are constantly trying to better our services and are launching a new volunteer-run program to reach out to families and be of support to them.
